Our clinical psychologist, Chelsea Guy, offers a gentle, down-to-earth approach to therapy, supporting teens aged 16+ and adults with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and life challenges. Sessions are available in-person, through home visits across the Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast, or via telehealth—making support accessible and flexible to your needs.
Chelsea Guy is a clinical psychologist who comes to you in the comfort and safety of your own home. Chelsea sees teens 16+ and adults. She can also see anybody Australia-wide via Telehealth. Home visit sessions are suitable for everybody, but can be particularly helpful for women during their perinatal period (before, during and after pregnancy), anxiety, depression and mood disorders, stress management, grief and loss, illness and terminal illness, living with disability, sleep issues, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, older adults, self-esteem, skill development, life changes and assessment and diagnostic clarification. Chelsea can also see teens 16+ or adults via Telehealth Australia wide.
Chelsea is experienced in a wide variety of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, among others. Chelsea seems teens 16+ and adults.
